- Define the innovation potential through added value product innovations or through bottomline process innovations;
- Access the innovation potential of food ingredients in potato based concepts;
- Explore the innovation potential of a new network of experts and niche markets.
Distinctive features of the Candidate are:
- Proven trackrecord of similar assignments in the food industry;
- Knowledge and experience in manageing innovation roadmaps in a BtB context;
- Insider in the food ingredients industry who knows to elaborate on the required expertises and capabilities of an external innovation network.
