Since its acquisition by Japan’s Marubeni Corporation in 2020, Euroma has further strengthened its growth strategy. A key pillar in this is the Co-Manufacturing business line: a fast-growing segment in which Euroma works with international customers who want to outsource production or product development to an experienced partner.
To expand the commercial team within Co-Manufacturing, Euroma is looking for a driven Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships and successfully managing co-manufacturing processes – from contract negotiation to product introduction.
The Senior Account Manager is part of the Co-Manufacturing sales team and works closely with colleagues from Project Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance and Marketing, among others. You will report to the Team Leader Co-Manufacturing.
The position is located in the middle of the Netherlands and offers room for hybrid working.
JOB PROFILE
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the co-manufacturing segment;
- Achieve commercial objectives in terms of sales, margin and volume;
- Lead customer processes and translate contract agreements into concrete plans;
- Direct multidisciplinary internal collaboration to ensure delivery reliability, quality and speed.
Main Activities:
- Conduct independent (contract) negotiations with international A-brand manufacturers;
- Translate client needs into realistic project plans in coordination with internal organization;
- Functionally manage internal stakeholders in the areas of Project Management, Supply Chain and Finance;
- Monitor deadlines, agreements and service levels;
- Identify commercial opportunities and respond to market dynamics and customer needs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience:
- HBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration or Food Technology;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the international food sector, preferably in co-manufacturing, B2B or private label;
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and client relationships at a strategic level.
Required candidate competencies:
- Results-oriented, with a strong operational focus and a sense of commercial relationships;
- Analytically strong, solution-oriented and proactive in customer contact and project direction;
- A connecting and energetic team player with natural seniority and a positive attitude;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Communication skills in both Dutch and English; experience with international accounts is a plus.
