The fundamentals of the Position are:
- Identify producers and users of textured vegetable proteins in different parts of the food supply chain;
- Collect and share knowledge on the technical and commercial opportunities of textured vegetable ingredients;
- Keep short lines between project members to maintain momentum and speed and deliver results fast.
Distinctive features of the Candidate are:
- Proven track record of similar assignments in the food industry;
- Knowledge and experience in executing market studies in a BtB context;
- Insider in the food ingredients industry and ‘in touch’ with potential customers.
