Tasks of the position:
- Leading and participating in projects to optimize current production processes and future investments.
- Managing projects from concept to realization, involving the installation of new equipment in a continuously operating factory.
- Providing technical expertise to the management and project team members in the areas of Operations, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality.
Characteristics of the candidate:
- A proven track record as a process engineer in the development of processing equipment within ‘brown field’ production environments in the food industry.
- Current knowledge of process equipment and necessary utilities (steam, compressed air, energy, chilled water, etc.) in the food industry.
- A strong affinity with the vegetable and/or potato processing industry.
