The personal data we process

Vogelvlucht processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • Bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number
  • Contact details

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. Vogelvlucht does not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing.   • MySQL database on behalf of the website
  • Inclusion in database
  • Incorporation of data into internal programs and cloud services such as a CRM program, administration program or databases
  • Inclusion of data in external third-party applications, such as social media, video channels, photo sites and others.

How long we keep personal data

Vogelvlucht does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. However, we do apply a period of 5 years that your data remains with us. This is partly as a service to send designs later.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Vogelvlucht only provides information to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. In assignments where it is clear that a third party is involved (e.g., social media), client consent is not required.
