Product Developer
Interim position at Smilde Foods
Effective immediately, 5 days/week and for 9 months in Oosterwolde!
Duties of the Position are:
- Drafting of a project design and realization of projects through adequate planning, coordination / alignment;
- Evaluate and develop/optimize testing methods, techniques, practices and procedures;
- Conducting tests/investigations using various laboratory and pilot production equipment and doing organoleptic/sensory research.
Characteristics of the Candidate are:
- HBO/WO food technology with a proven track record of similar interim positions in the food industry;
- Creative thinking in new solutions for the future production process as the resulting products ;
- Stimulate, encourage and coach team members to find and accept new solutions.
