My the collaboration with Halbe was a very positive experience. It actually comes very naturally. Halbe is a good listener and tries to truly understand what is expected from a candidate in a specific position. He is not only able to draw a realistic picture of the position for the candidate, but also to act as a mirror and conversation partner for us. He is able to offer a list of potential candidates within a short amount of time thanks to his large network. He will point out immediately if he expects there will be not a good match. Tejin Aramid is a chemical company. I also worked for AVEBE and FrieslandCampina. It is during that time that I met Halbe Vogel. We found ourselves in a transition phase and had hired someone to help us bridge that period. Unfortunately, it did not go through at the last minute.
